A deep dive into USPSA competitive shooting for new and experienced competitors.
These courses will be taught by an instructor who has the following experience:
USPSA Certified Range Officer
USPSA National Championships, three times
Competes in three USPSA divisions; Carry Optics (red dot), Limited (iron sights), and PCC (pistol caliber carbine)

Learn the rules and scoring of USPSA to make you a superior & safer competitor. Focus on the things which set you up for success: draw, grip, trigger press, target transitions, reloads & gear set up.

Deep dive on USPSA rules & techniques. Shoot numerous actual stages. Receive scores & critique & shoot 'em again. Learn stage planning & execution.

The shooting range is near Pala on private property east of the 15 just south of the 76. Exact directions will be provided before the event. We will meet near Pala Rey Produce before the class & caravan 2 minutes to the range.
It is not mandatory to take the two Competition Shooting Lab classes in order; however, it is highly encouraged.
Facilities are rustic. Be prepared for when nature calls. Bring a chair, snacks & water.

Iron sights, optics & PCCs are welcome. Competition belts are not mandatory. Holsters, lots of magazines, magazine pouches, speed loaders & 300 rounds of ammunition are required. PCCs must be in rifle bags. Keep all guns stored until instructed.
