Does the Sig Sauer P320 go off in the holster?

Some people have reported the Sig Sauer P320 going off in holsters untouched. These uncommanded discharges are being reported disproportionately by competition shooters and law enforcement. We believe this issue is not the fault of the gun or Sig Sauer. Competition shooters modify their guns and law enforcement officers are poorly trained and notoriously dangerous gun handlers. The Sig Sauer P320 is can’t go off without engaging the trigger or modifying the gun. Sig Sauer is running a poor public relations campaign but not producing dangerous guns.
