Dry Fire With The Cool Fire Trainer
The Cool Fire system has some pretty major positives for dry fire training. It also has a couple of negatives as well. In shooting, lead primarily comes from the bullets and the primers. Led dust is released on a round is fired. Increased lead levels in your blood can occur by putting your hands in your eyes, nose, mouth, on food, or on water bottles. A first aid kit should be as common in your range bag as eye protection, ear protection, and a speed loader. Statistically, the odds of getting hurt on the range are very low.
