When it comes to self-defense your mindset is more valuable than any gun, pepper spray or electric weapon. Situational awareness and conflict avoidance are far more valuable. Yes, train with your pistol and develop your hard skills to improve your shooting ability. But, develop your mental game. Practice scenario based mental problem solving so you never have to pull your gun. It is better if you walk away and never have to use your firearm.
