How To Line Up Your Red Dot

Many people think, in order to hit your target you must not only place your dot on the target but the dot must be aligned in the center of the red dot housing. At distance, you must consider parallax, or the curvature of the glass. However, at close ranges, it doesn’t matter where the dot is in relation to the housing of the optic. Simply place the dot on the target and, all things being equal, press the trigger.
